TO ROGER AND KATHY

We're Roger and Kathy, we love to roam

The oceans, rivers and seas.

We're much too wild to live at home.

We live on the nautical breeze.

Compass and charts at the ready,

We can board any ship, at any time.

We steer the ship, and keep her steady,

Or way, way up to the crow's-nest climb.

We love the wild and dangerous life.

We could never live at home.

We thrive on adventure, excitement and strife,

So....... the Mon. and Brec. is where we roam!!

The tides and currents are notorious!

The hurricanes and typhoons fearful!

But, Kathy's a very good sailor

Though, occasionally, she does get fearful.

So, purely to calm her nerves (of course!),

A sip of Penderyn Whisky....

Just a sip, no more than that,

Two sips might be risky!

And, if ever they feel seasick,

They have the solution, they reckon.

Steer for the nearest deep-water port.....

And spend the day in Brecon.....😉😁
