RUDOLPH
RUDOLPH
For Megan and Anwen
Rudolf the Reindeer's
Hard in
training,
For very soon
At the sleigh he'll
be straining,
To deliver presents,
Whether snowing or
raining,
But children must be
asleep –
Not just feigning.
He moves so lightly
Over the roofs,
That no-one can hear
His delicate hooves.
He's gentle and
graceful
In his moves,
But, if snowing, you
might just see
One or two grooves.
Across the sky,
His way he weaves,
He works so hard,
You wouldn't
believe.
He loves his work,
But has a reprieve,
From Christmas Day
Until next Christmas
Eve.
