Is "activity" too!

It doesn't mean driving...

It doesn't mean swimming ...

It doesn't mean talking ...

For me, being vertical ...

Counts as "activity" ...

Escape from horizontal

Just for a while ...

And, walking through garden,

Without stopping to rest ...

For us, is equivalent to

Sprinting a mile ...
