He braces himself ...

Leaps ...

And

Hovers ...

Wings whirr ...

Like a humming-bird ...

But, within two seconds ...

Down he plummets ...

And hits the ground ...

Without a word ...

He shakes his feathers ...

And tries again ...

Food is serious!

It's not a game!

But he always does ...

The very same thing ...

And, so, the result is ...

Just the same! ...

He really ought to watch the blue-tits ...

They're the guys who have it sussed ...

They perch, and feed, on coconut-rim ...

And little robin looks ...

Nonplussed
