Shivering, shaking, in hot? cold? sweat ...

I lie in a rumpled, crumpled heap ...

I long to have restorative sleep ....

I long for nights that are peaceful and calm ...

I long for sleep that is refuge and comfort ...

I long for the feeling of safety from harm ...

I generally fall asleep with ease ...
