I resolutely refuse to use the term "rest"...

It's wrong, imprecise, and so inexact.

It sounds so gentle ...

Peaceful ... and calm ...

As though lying down is

A blessing ... a balm ...

Whereas, of course, it's
A total necessity ...

We have to lie down ...

Or we dizzy
And fall ...

It's not a lifestyle ...

It's not a choice ...

We ME would rather not

Do it at all!!

What we're actually doing is ...

"Missing Out On Life" ...

So I think "MOOL" ing
