Post-Covid vaccine, I'm shot from sleep each morning,

Gnawed by nausea, prostrated by pain ...

An "electric shock" shakes me ... malevolently wakes me -

I guess the ANS is malfunctioning - again!

Then, suddenly, silently, appears - The Good Man ...

His presence a balm to my burnt-out brain ...

"How was your night?", he asks, with kindly care ...

And my day - if not my Life - begins, anew, again ...
