BLACKBIRDS ...

BLACKBIRDS  ...

We've a blackbird in the garden ...

And Mrs. Blackbird too.

We often sit and watch them ...

To see what they will do.

They love to take a shower

In our garden pool ...

They splish ...

And splash ...

And splosh around ...

They love keeping cool.

Sooty, Mr. Blackbird,

Sits up in our tree ...

And loves to sing

His pretty little song.

He sings…... and sings …….

And sings …. and sings …...

He keeps singing all day long!

The cats  sit watching ...

Fascinated ...

Because they all can hear him ...

But, luckily, the tree's so tall ...

They never can get near him!
