I'm Catrin, the caterpillar,

And, I'm sure that you can see,

My coat of many colours,

As bright as bright can be.

I know most caterpillars

Are generally green.

But I don't want to be like them,

I want to be seen!

When I slide along a branch,

I love it when people say:

“Catrin, you're looking fa-a-a-bul-ous….”

Because that really makes my day!
