Beautiful to behold ...

Shiny, glossy, dark-green leaves ...
Blood-red berries, bright and bold.

It makes me think of Christmas-time ...

Of robins ... and of snow ....

But, it's still only September ...

So we have a way to go ...

But it shows the year is turning ...

On a bright September day ...

And, Molly's jolly, holly-tree ...
Shows that winter's on its way!
