And, every month, we'll ring you ...
To check exactly what you need" ...
So, Thursday, instead of collecting meds.,
I could go out ... and have fun ... for an hour
...
"Where shall we go?", the Good Man said ...
"Flower!"
, quoth I ... "Flower
! Flower!
Flower!!
" ... 
And, yes, I knew there'd be payback ...
That's one thing we ME definitely know ...
Any "activity" lays us low
...
"Exertion" deals us a knock-out blow
...
But ... we bought winter-flowering pansies ...
In shades of bright and pastel hue ...
Their little faces lift my spirits ...
I hope they do the same for you ...
