From every pore.

I don't know why,

It didn't before.

But, as Ted Hughes said:

“Poetry needs a reason”.

So perhaps that's it -

Perhaps it's the season

For me to write, as though

My life depended on it.

In which case, I'm off

To try to write a sonnet!
